• Review of finance and accounting data.
• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Set goals, objectives, and priorities; coach and develop staff; regularly plan, monitor, and appraise performance across manufacturing sites.
• Provide advice on costing matters to the management team and other departments if needed
• Controlling and managing finance and accounting to ensure their accuracy and completeness and complying with accounting principles and company policy.
• Coordination and control of all requirements related to finance and accounting matters.
• Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with accounting standards, BOI, and Taxes Regulation
• Monitoring company P&L, securing financing, and preparing strategic business plans to ensure the smooth continuity of operations and business growth.
• Ensuring effective and efficient internal control processes are in place

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age between 38- 48 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Account.
- Have experience of at least 10 years in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation including 5 years in management.
- Cost accounting in a complex manufacturing environment.** significant
- Background in understanding and applying complex cost accounting principles including capitalization of variances and experience with rolling standard costs is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently, mature, self-motivated, and hard-working.
- Experience working with Excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and financial software such as ORACLE or QAD (MFG PRO.) (QAD is plus).
- Good command of English in writing and speaking.
