JOB DETAIL
■Job Purpose
To ensure smooth operation of the company's whole Admin functions
in close coordination with the Managing Director.
■Detail
・Initiate rental payments and manage lease agreements
・Communicate with the company's banking partners for account management
・Handle employee expense reimbursements and procure office supplies.
・Process payments for corporate taxes and liabilities
・Arrange business travel and accommodation for employees
・Liaise with outsourced Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies for accounting, taxation, and HR
functions.
・Liaise with Group company's Admin team for internal control and compliance issues.
*This company was established by Parent company on 2023, and just started business on Feb 2024.
Their Parent company is very big, but this company is only one member come from parent company now.
Admin staff will be the 2nd member of this company.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
■Must have
・Female only, age between 25 - 40 years old
・At least 3 years experience as Admin staff
・English Intermediate level(Speak/Read/Write)
・No Job Hopper
■Better to have
・Work at Japanese company, Thai Branch
・Ever manage following Tasks
-Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax
-Support manage board of director's meeting
-Communicate with Oversea branch
・Manage whole Backoffice Tasks
・English Upper Intermediate level
・Graduate from Top University
・Good at managing numbers
・Familiar with MS Office(Especially Word, Excel)
