-Responsible for closing month end activities to prepare monthly report, Balance sheet, Income Statement and management report etc.
-Prepare year end submission report, financial statement, Group reporting package.
-Coordinate with Sales Manager to prepare budgeting and forecasting.
Monthly reconciliation for Intercompany transactions and yearly confirmation.
Review payment voucher, receipt voucher, AP and recurring journal entries.
Prepare finance weekly report to management.
Verify and analyze for credit application requested by customers.
Responsible for issuing invoice to customers and bill to customers.
Monitoring of aged AR status, follow up closely in the chasing of overdue accounts.
Maintain cashbook, petty cash and reconcile to GL/bank statement.
Handling Journal entries, COGS reconciliation and inventories
Monitoring of fixed assets and disposal that comply with company procedure.
Review monthly tax report, PND3,53,54 and PP.30,36
Reconciliation between revenue PND. 50 vs taxes VAT 30.
Prepare and submit Corporate Income taxes and Financial Statement to DBD.
Liaise with external auditor, bank, customers, Vendors and tax officer.
Ensure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies, company’s internal control and local governances.
Maintain organised accounting records and filing system for Finance.
Provides oversight, training, and coaching to team.
Any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male or female, age 38-45 years.
Bachelor’s degree of accounting or Master's degree of Accounts/Finance related field.
Experience in International environment.
Minimum 3-5 years on Management level.
Abilities to manage and priorities task to meet deadlines.
Attention to the detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge in accounting standard (NPAE) and Tax regulation.
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and application.
Knowledge in ERP or Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business central is advantage.
Good command in writing and spoken English (Business level).
CPD certified is required.
