【Job Description】
◯ Management of Accounting Systems:（System is Finman）
Introduction, setup, and management of accounting software
Improvement and streamlining of accounting processes
Preparation and auditing of income statements and financial reports
◯ Budget Management:
Formulation and management of annual budgets
Tracking and analysis of budgets for each department or project
Comparison and explanation of budget variances
◯ Supervision of Accounting Tasks:
Creation and verification of journal entries and vouchers
Auditing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks
Guidance and development of accounting staff
Payroll calculation

◯ Tax Filing:
Declaration and payment of corporate tax, consumption tax, and other taxes
Compliance with tax laws and regulations and keeping up with the latest information
◯ Cash Management:
Management and monitoring of bank accounts and transactions
Control of cash flow and forecasting
◯ Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
Monitoring and enforcement of compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
Ensuring the legality and transparency of the corporation
◯ Business Support:
Collaboration with management and other departments

Report to Japanese Factory Manager
※Accounting system is Finman
※Have 1 subordinate.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree Accounting related
・Female Only
・Age between 35 - 45 years old
・More than 5 years of experience in accounting
・Intermediate Level of English
・Can start work Immediately
・No Job hopper
