JOB DETAIL

This position requires to improve sales amount with existing clients in other countries.

1.Communicate with overseas customers regularly to build up a good relationship and support their requirement
2.Negotiate with customers about order volume, price, quantity, delivery schedule, etc
3.Monitor and analyze the sales data of customers and propose ideas for advertisement and sales promotion activity
to ensure the sales target assigned is achieved
4.Responsibility on sales target to meet company's business plan
5.Collect various information useful for the sales activity in the responsible market
6. Go on business trip abroad (South East Asian countries such as Indonesia and Philippines)
7. Make business plan of areas in charge under supervise of superior
8. Perform inventory control to prevent overstock
9. Handle complains about products from customers.
10 Regularly work closely with Japanese management and sometimes with Japan Headquarters
11.Provide sales-related report to superiors as necessary
12.Manage and supervise subordinates to motivate them to achieve the company's target.
13.Handle other taks assigned by superiors

Main customers: in Phillipines and Indonesia (subject to change)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Having strong & proven record of improving sales target is required.

- Age between 35 - 45 years old, any gender
- Thai nationality (who do not need to obtain working visa) only
- MUST HAVE: Experience in export sales at least 5 years.
- Experience in increasing sales with existing client is a big plus.
- Experience of leading team for at least 3 years would be an advantage.
- Intermediate level English (negotiation with customers in other countries by e-mail)
- Proficiency in MS Office, excel, power point
- Positive and aggressive character for more proposal and suggestion
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fast learning and being detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure
