Report to Director
Subordinates: 40+ (Contents & Online Marketing)

1. Direct responsibility for marketing activities related to dramas, films, series, and opportunities for finding media partners. Opportunities for revenue generation with clients and partners (advertising).
2. Develop marketing strategies both online and offline across all platforms to achieve high tracking and ratings, creating visibility and generating revenue.
3. Define branding directions for The company's media products to engage, inform, and impress followers.
4. Utilize selected drama content for dissemination across various media platforms worldwide, including television, online, and mass media, such as websites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, aligning with market demands and the company's media potential.
5. Produce sales support materials (sales tools) and promotions for various online media as assigned.
6. Innovate new marketing and sales channels through digital marketing or online marketing in all available avenues.
7. Analyze marketing potentials and profit-making capabilities of various drama products.
8. Report work issues, analyze competitors, and gather information to propose strategies to superiors.
9. Control budgets and manage marketing teams to achieve objectives, measuring outcomes in terms of follower numbers, ratings, and viewer satisfaction.
10. Prepare reports and action plans to reach new customers (viewers) for the company.
11. Collaborate with sales, public relations, and organizational communication departments to plan marketing strategies and suitable media for the products.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age 40-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing
- Candidates from Online Streaming platforms are highly preferred
- Knowledgeable about trends in dramas, films, and series, able to capture all trends
- Understands and can effectively use both online and offline media for presentations
- Leadership skills, able to work as part of a team and communicate well internally and externally
- Able to work well under pressure
