Products: Power Tools.
1. Responsible for motor assembly production process.
2. Understand well about JP culture.
3. Manage and control the work process of engineers and technicians under supervision.
4. Set priority target and daily target and monitor the progress.
5. Report updates and results of various operations
6. Act as communicator/middle person between Japanese General Manager and staffs level.
7. Follow and carry on internal policies and regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age must be over 40 years old.
2. Prefer bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering field.
3. More than 10 years of working experience in production engineering field in 'Electrical Motor' มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า เช่น มอเตอร์สว่าน with at least 5 year in management position. (If have direct experience in 'Power Tools' production is an advantage).
4. Intermediate Level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
5. Good understanding of Japanese working culture and able to work overtime upon request (Occasionally)
