Legal
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to executive top management on all legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry license standards.
- Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters and collaborate with external legal counsel.
- Overview of customs tax & other regulations / Government policy impact to business.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to meet BOI requirements for incentives and privileges.
- To create strategy and arrange activities plan to sustain & enhance relationship with Government agencies , association , academic etc.
Compliance
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's compliance program and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including ethics, anti-corruption, and data privacy.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Promote compliance annual activities plan.
- Following up on compliance issues thru whistleblowing Speak UP system that require investigation.
Audit
- Plan, develop and execute audit plans for the organization, ensuring that the audit process is conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare audit reports outlining findings, observations and recommendations.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of management controls and internal procedures.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit strategy.
- Prepare J-SOX test plan, and perform J-SOX testing per requirements.
- Other special audit duties as assigned by top management.
- Train and mentor audit staff in audit techniques and processes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor degree in account , audit related filed.
- More than 10 years of executive experience in related roles.
- Experienced in Internal Audit and having experience in J-SOX Compliance would be an advantage.
- Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade laws, and BOI processes.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies to complex situations.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
- English proficiency, TOEIC above 600
- Able to travel upcountry and oversea occasionally.
