- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Managing communications with internal teams platform marketing teams and brand partners
- Strategic planning to improve ads results, responsible for ads performance
- Establishing and designing for a sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor in marketing, communications, business or other related fields
- 1-3 years of Onsite Ads Specialist experience for LAZADA, SHOPEE, or TIKTOK
- Knowledge of Lazada (Seller Center) and Shoppee ads management system
- Knowledge and understanding of Demo, and be creative in decorating the PDP within the specified period
- Knowledge of data analysis in the use of various budgets that have been set through the advertising channels specified by Lazada, Shoppee, and Tiktok
- Able to Communicate in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Able to start working immediately is highly preferred
