1. Plan content creation across various channels to drive sales. Have direct experience in creating
product sales content.
2. Attract customers to purchase products by creating various media for engaging pages, such as
videos, images, or articles.
3. Engage with customers to study behaviors and interests, such as reading incoming chats or
surveying through booth assistance.
4. Able to analyze customer behaviors and reasons for buying/not buying products.
5. Create various content briefs to generate sales for the graphic design team to work on.
6. Control the brand image according to the company's corporate identity (CI).
7. Manage work timelines and budgets to stay within estimated standards.
8. Able to think and analyze products in the market to meet customer needs.
9. Select and source Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) suitable for the product and target group to boost
sales.
10. Brief and coordinate with KOLs to ensure compliance with agreed-upon conditions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Language Skills: Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong writing and communication abilities.
2. Experience: Previous work as a content creator, encompassing both writing and planning, ideally
in the beauty industry. Proficiency in digital content creation tools is a bonus.
3. Content Strategy: Skilled in developing comprehensive content strategies and calendars tailored
to beauty brands.
4. Creative Content: Able to craft engaging and on-brand content for various platforms within the
beauty industry's tone and audience.
5. Beauty Industry Knowledge: Familiar with beauty trends and consumer preferences, staying
updated with industry developments.
6. Trend Awareness: Keeps abreast of trends in beauty, fashion, and digital media, integrating them
into content strategies.
7. Confidence and Self-Esteem: Communicates confidently while remaining open to learning and
apologizing when necessary.
8. Organizational Skills: Well-organized with effective time management.
9. Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues.
