JOB DETAIL

1.Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires.
2.Record training information in the organization's system by individual.
3.Prepare information necessary for training including coordinating with educational institutions to plan the courses.
4.Follow up training activities as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25 - 30 year old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field.
- At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing training and / or certification training in automotive industries.
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Good command in English
- Skills in communicating, problem-solving, and able to work under pressure with service mind.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiar with IATF16949 certificate
