Direct report to the Sale Manager (TH) and MD (Japanese)
Sales Team; 4 people

Taking care Existing clients 80 % and new 20%

- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Presenting the company products through virtual visits, Video/ Telephone
- To achieve customer expectations and ensure keeping the customer data up to date via the company system
- Supporting to do price negotiation, volume, and contract renewals and reporting to the team
-Develop proactive action plans on the defined KPIs and Target
- Identify and verify future trends of customers and secure updated information to the company
- Visiting clients to update and follow up with clients requested.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical/Mechatronics, Marketing or other related fields
- Welcome to the fresh graduate.
- Strong English Communication Skills
- Good computer skills such as Microsoft Office, and internal Sales platforms.
- Strong performance and problem-solving orientation.
- Openness and Flexibility.
- Customer orientated and analytically strong.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Pro-Active attitude.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Result-driven and self-motivated.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Engineering/Technical products background and first sales experience.
- Experience in direct handling of customers, ideal in a virtual/digital environment approach
- Ideally experience in the Automotive / Electrical industry.
- Have an own car & driving license.
- Able to travel upcountry.
