The establishment and maintenance of customer relationships
o Collect customer information on the market, build customer file;
o Visit and support key customers frequently including customers’ decision maker chain and different key person;
o Find customer needs and pain point, provide support and service in a timely and effective manner;
o Respond to customer’s requirements fast and give the solutions in time.

Project operation
o Cook and find project opportunities and hit the pipeline target as required;
o Achieve the sales target as required;
o Project planning and managing and updating properly;
o Coordinate with other project team members;
o Responsible for bidding and signing sales contract, following up delivery, cash collection process;

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor or above degree of IT, Marketing or Sales field;
 3-5 years of work experience on CCTV, access control, or security solution project;
 Have experience of bidding and key account management;
 Work in SI company of have existing customers of security (CCTV) from SI or end user is preferred;
 Fluent English or Chinese in reading, writing and speaking;
 Good communication and presentation skill;
 Customer-oriented.
