Job description:
・Be Executive Sales for Thai-local company and non-Japanese company
・Key account management(70%)
Around 20 companies on total. Visit client office 1 time/week on average.
Client sites are not only in Bangkok.
・new client development(30%)
Japanese sales manager goes to other south-east asian countries every month.
Thai sales also can go.
(current thai-sales go overseas around 1time/3month)

※Notes:
・They have their car and driver. Thai sales also don’t need to drive by themselves.
・Start by managing existing clients. The Japanese sales manager will offer OJT to improve sales skills.
・Japanese sales manager will be in charge of Japanese clients. No need to speak Japanese language.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【MUST HAVE】
・5+ years BtoB sales experience
・Thai-native, with upper-intermediate Level of English
(Need to sell/negotiate in English. Work experience in English is more important than Test Score)

【Better to Have】
・7+ sales experience, or 5+ sales experience with outstanding sales achievements
・Background about chemical industry, chemical products
・Self-starter. Aggressive sales mind.
