• Oversee the comprehensive financial accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), costing, and taxation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external departments to ensure cohesive teamwork.
• Execute monthly closing procedures and management reporting, along with quarterly and annual closings.
• Develop the annual budget, regularly update it as needed, and closely monitor adherence.
• Forecast cash flow positions, assess borrowing needs, and evaluate available funds for potential investments.
• Ensure the availability of adequate funds to meet ongoing operational and capital investment demands.
• Conduct expense and cost analyses, track cost deductions, and prioritize Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).
• Monitor and analyze management data, providing reports with meticulous error-checking and accuracy verification.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Independently prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Adhere to current accounting and finance laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to attain challenging targets.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Financial Analyst.
• Have proficient English skills in both listening and writing.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Willingness to travel to upcountry locations.
• Driving license and able to drive a car
