Position: Logistics & Order Transaction Staff
Department: Production & Planning Department
Report Directly to Manager (Thai)
Direct Subordinate: 3-4 staffs

1) Receive purchase order and deliver to customer as requested.
2) Handle and issue concerned document as Tax Invoice, Delivery Note, etc.
3) Plan for delivery route.
4) Report monthly sale volume to Sales Dept.
5) Handle and contact with shipping company and issue concerned document for export order
6) Co-operate with Quality System IS0 9001.
7) Internal co-ordinate with sales team, accounting team and QC team.
8) Take care subordinate around 3-4 person

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 29-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any fields. (Prefer in logistics related field).
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in import-export/logistics related position with team mangement experience.
4. If have knowledge and experience in inbound and outbound logistics, transportation and warehouse management process is an advantage.
5. If have SAP knowledge is an advantage.
6 Intermediate level of English.
