Position: Chief of Sales
Department: Import Department
Division: Parts
Number of Direct Subordinates: 4-5 sales staffs
Direct Report to Thai Manager (with Japanese Head of Dept.)

Main Responsibilities;
- New business development
- Supervise Sales Associates for operation problem solving
- Lead the team to achieve the target of department
- Complete project assignment completion as manager assigned.

1. Calculate purchasing quantity from customer long term forecast to fulfill customer monthly production.
2. Monitor customer order fluctuation and adjust purchase quantity to match with customer demand.
3. Perform purchase order to suppliers as per monthly demand calculation.
4. Follow up with the suppliers for delivery schedule to maintain the shipping schedule as planned.
5. Cooporate with Logistics and Warehouse Department to proceed Import Customs Clearance.
6. Control purchasing prices and update as per pricing rule.
7. Control Privilege and import regulation as required.
8. Prepare and recheck CBD & Quotation and update to customer.
9. Receive order from customer and inform to Warehouse department for prepare delivery as requested.
10. Receive forecast and important marketing data for Sales budgeting and monthly report.
11. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
12. Responsible for inventory control and report in monthly basis.
13. Supervise sales team activities to support customers' requirement.
14. Make measurements for pending issue and implement.
15. Undertake the day-to-day operation i.e. making quotation/invoicing, verify freight bill/physical distribution expense, etc.
16. Achieve the assigned monthly result of AP & AR Overdue & Credit Line control.
17. Achieve the assigned monthly sales and profit target report the results to department manager
18. Other task as assigned from Division and Department under supervision of department manager or division manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or other related fields.
3. At least 5 years of work experience as Sales with import-export operation or warehouse management. (If have experience working in multi-national trading company would be advantages)
4. Must have experience supervising direct subordinates at least 3 staffs.
5. Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 600 or higher).
6. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month).
7. Prefer candidate who is currently live in Prachinburi.
NOTE: Company's car and driver will be provided when visiting clients.
