JOB DETAIL

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve the set sales targets.
- Develop the sales team to be competent and effective in their roles.
- Identify new opportunities by clearly specifying customer pain points, mapping them to the company's products and/or services.
- Collaborate with the Cyber Security Advisor team to present solutions that help customers address and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare presentations and proposals that align with customer requirements (complying with specifications or TOR/RFP).
- Create cost sheets and quotations, and be capable of submitting project proposals through e-bidding.
- Build confidence and trust with customers regarding the importance of using the company's services.
- Define sales strategies and be adaptable to changes in the sales strategy to achieve objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a position or with responsibilities related to Cybersecurity or other IT systems such as Network, Database, Application, System, or Cloud.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position within the IT business sales team.
- Strong understanding of TOR/RFP requirements, with excellent ability to respond to technical questions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Present the value of the best solutions to customers, explaining both Technical and Commercial aspects.
- Knowledge and understanding of standards and best practices, including relevant laws in Cybersecurity, and ability to advise clients. Examples include NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, ISO27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, PDPA, etc.
- Decisive and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate well with others, maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Thai and English communication.
