【Job Description】
・Customer Management: Manage communication with customers and maintain relationships.
・Order Processing: Receive orders from customers, enter them into the system, and process them.
・Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed.
・Data Management and Reporting: Manage data such as sales, customer information, and market trends, and conduct regular reporting.
・Sales Support: Assist the sales team, create proposals and presentation materials.
・Problem Solving: Respond to customer inquiries and issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
・Market Research: Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify customer needs.
・Sales Strategy Support: Assist in planning and implementing sales plans and promotional activities.
・Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with the supply chain and manage the delivery schedule and deadlines of products.
・Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments within the company and share information.

・Age between 25 - 30 years old
・More than 3 years of sales coordinator or sales support experience
・Intermediate Level of English
