JOB DETAIL

- To support sales team by preparing quotation and proceeding assined job



- Make quotation and input data for new project
- Correspond RFQ with customer and supplier
- Update quote reguraly based on rule between customer on frequency, exchange rate, copper rate, other material rate
- Follow up with customer on project status and update sheet accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry
- Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any Gender; Age 25 - 40
- Bachelor's degree in any related field; (Business Administration)



・Conversational high level of English (required TOEIC at least 750)
・Excellent communication skills (clarity well organized thinking)
・Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel vlook up/Pivot table)
・Person who has basic trade knowledge
・Person who is detailed oriented and can do multitasks
・Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively
・Person who has motivate to learn new things and can work for the team
- Need to have experiences 1 - 2 years on sales support, sales coordinator



・Working experience in automobile industry or trading company
・Working Experience in Japanese Company
