We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices. The Analyst will work closely with the SOC team to ensure that all incidents are managed effectively and in accordance with our SLAs.

Responsibilities
- Deep-dive investigation and help Analyst Tier 1 to close the escalated incident.
- Oversee and ensure incidents are managed in accordance with the SLA.
- Provide consultation on cybersecurity incidents to a customer.
- Improve SIEM rules for higher accuracy with fewer false positives.
- Create incident reports for complex use cases.
- Follow cybersecurity news and share with the internal team and customers. Example news are
- 0-days vulnerabilities
- emerging cyber attacks
- major hacking incidents

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 25-30 years old
- This vacancy is open for any educational institute and any degree in any field of study.
- Experience as a Cyber Security Analyst (Tier1) who are good interpersonal and able to communicate with the clients
- Excellent team-oriented personality, responsibility, hard work, perseverance, tolerance, discretion, and sense of punctuality.
- Good command of reading comprehension in English. Be able to walk through any articles and capture its main idea with significant detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Cyber Security Framework, Cyber Kill Chain or MITRE ATT&CK™
- Comprehensive knowledge in cyber security protocols, tools and mechanisms such as Network Security, Application - Security, Data Security, Endpoint/User Security, etc.
- Be able to work for flexible working hours either shift mode or assigning schedules, but not limit to rotation slots over the holiday period (Not required to pertain your attendance at the office).
- Relevant experiences in SOC, cyber security analysis, incident response plan and services would be a plus.
- Certifications such as GCIA, GCIH, CEH, ECSA, CySA+ or equivalent is a big plus.
- Extra passion in advisory and consulting roles, practical communication skills, excellent presentation skills, would be advantageous.
