JOB DETAIL
▪ Install and configure computer systems (Mac/Windows), applications and peripherals.
▪ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
▪ Provide technical support to users of the company's IT systems and infrastructure, including
resolving hardware and software problems, providing training and assistance, and ensuring the
smooth operation of the company's IT systems.
▪ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
▪ Talking to computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
▪ Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
▪ Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
▪ Maintaining records of software licenses.
▪ Setting up new users' accounts, profiles and dealing with password issues.
▪ To cooperate with external IT providers to maintain, design and develop applications.
▪ To understand company business process with related IT applications.
▪ To comply and monitor for service support about incident management, problem management
and change management.
▪ Prepare and order all related IT equipment for the training room.
▪ Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in IT.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male only (Thai Nationality)
- age not over 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 Years experience in IT support or Helpdesk support.
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, cloud services and other IT related products and systems.
- Experience with Cisco Systems’ equipment will be a plus.
- Can communicate in English
