• Recruit new customers to increase sales and sales channels. and create new opportunities for existing customers
• Present various products and services related to customers. and build good relationships
• Coordinate with customers and internal agencies. About offering products, services, and solving problems to make customers satisfied.
• Receive order documents. Take care of the entry and exit schedule for product delivery as well as various information.
• Follow up on finished products according to the quantity and schedule required by the customer to be accurate and complete.
• Receive complaints from customers in the case of problems, follow up, summarize the causes and solutions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/ Female, age 32 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's / Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- More than 5 years Working experience in customer service and has experience in management and sales or marketing in industrial businesses.
- Good command of English with business level (TOEIC 800) * Must or Japanese in upper intermediate level N2 up only (advantage)
- Good command of MS Office software, including Outlook.
- Be able to going to oversea for business trip in sometimes.
