-Responsible for business support, order management and ensure high satisfactory of customers.
-Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
-Excellent customer service, focused on all enquiries and provided services.
-Focusing on finding new customers and promoting & selling the company's products.
-Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients.
-Marketing-Sales and management to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets throughout the year handle order ,invoice and flow.
- Coordinate with customers and other related functions, both internal and external parties in proper manner with the correct information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/ Female, age 28-32 years old
- Bachelor's / Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- More than 3 years Working experience in customer service and Good Personality.
- Good command of English with business level (TOEIC 800) * Must or Japanese in upper intermediate level N2 up only (advantage)
- Good command of MS Office software, including Outlook.
- Be able to going to oversea for business trip in sometimes.
