JOB DETAIL

• Set up the department’s policies/goals to be consistent with the company's policies/goals
• Plan, organize and determine procedures to achieve specified goals
• Plan, order, supervise and control sales and marketing management work
• Check and evaluate the performance and results of the department
• Review, improve and correct non-conformities or not according to the planning
• Set up operational standards/ system procedures in writing
• Set up the structure/ duties and responsibilities of employees under supervision.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies for the development of personnel under command.
• Set up methods to measure the performance of the work system and employees to measure the efficiency/effectiveness of the department and its employees.
• Be a consultant and give advice on work practices and suggest ways to solve problems for subordinates.
• Attend management meetings and convey relevant issues to subordinates for knowledge and action.
• Prepare reports on the performance of the department and important administrative information to present to supervisors according to the chain of command.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree related to medicine or other related fields
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the field
• Have a good personality and service mind
• Be able to negotiate with executives or representatives from the public and private sectors, including being able to communicate well with various generations
• Have a driver's license and can drive a car
• Able to travel in Bangkok and other provinces
• If male, must have completed military conscription
