【Main Duty】
Work with the accounting manager or accounting staff to take over operations.
The three accounting staff are around 60 years old. For this reason, our staff will be retiring next year.

【Job Description】
◯ Bookkeeping
・Recording transactions (entry into ledgers)
・Managing payables and receivables
・Expense accounting and settlement
・Monthly and annual closing tasks
◯ Creating Profit and Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets
・Preparation and verification of financial statements
・Support for accounting audits
・Cash flow management
◯ Bank Transactions (managing deposits and withdrawals, transfers, balance checks, etc.)
・Cash handling and petty cash management
・Budget creation and management
・Tax-related tasks
◯ Tax Calculation and Payment
・Tax filing (consumption tax, corporate tax, etc.)
・Handling tax audits
・Payroll
◯ Salary Calculation and Payment
・Creating and distributing pay slips
・Year-end adjustment execution
・Financial reporting
◯ Financial Reporting and Analysis
・Budget and actual variance analysis
・Cost management and analysis
・Credit management
◯ Customer Credit Checks
・Managing receivables collection
・Purchasing management
◯ Contract Management
・Storing and managing contracts
・Tracking contract renewals
・Internal control
◯ Compliance
・Verification and reporting of legal compliance
・Adherence to accounting standards
・Other administrative tasks
◯ Asset Management (such as fixed assets)
・Managing and renewing insurance policies

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Female Only
・Age between 30 - 50 years old
・More than 5 years of accounting experience
・Have a FAP & CPD License
・Lower Intermediate Level of English

※FAP is Financial Accounting Professional Licence
