• Plan, develop, and establish policies and regulations for accounting management, as well as perform duties as required by the Accounting Department in accordance with the organizational structure chart.
• Supervise and carry out financial, accounting, budgeting, tax, and management tasks to help achieve the company's predetermined business objectives.
• Prepare monthly operational analysis reports and present to the next level of management.
• Review and/or approve accounting entries according to the authorization schedule. Review and approve business transactions and payments.
• Collaborate in preparing the annual budget of the company/financial department budget with relevant departments.
• Control the use of budgets for all units within the specified budget.
• Coordinate, execute, and ensure asset audits/inventory checks of the company according to the audit plan, and present information to the management.
• Develop accounting systems, construction job cost systems, and standard cost systems in the accounting system.
• Supervise and control tax payments and tax refund requests in compliance with the law.
• Supervise, monitor, and train subordinates to perform their responsibilities in line with the objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female, aged not more than 45 years.
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position of Accounting Manager.
• If you have experience in the construction business, it will be considered as a special case.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, hardworking, patient, and a positive outlook.
• If you have experience in taking a company public (IPO), it will be considered as a special case.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems.
