New Position

Report to General Manager of Sales (JP) 2 Person
* This position is not provided to the subordinate

- Maintain and improve the relationships with worldwide key accounts
- Perform regular customer visits clients
- Develop effective sales strategies, and find or create new opportunities mainly in the automotive market
- Identify key selling points that can increase the win rate too
- Perform troubleshooting and find solutions for the ever-changing customers needs
- Identification and research of new products that can be added to the company portfolio
- Support the quotation process, handled by the inside sales department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any Gender and aged 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Good Command in English
- Experienced working as sales management for over 8 - 10 years in sales role
- Familiar with general automotive supply chain processes or Trading Company
- Experiences with customers, supplier collaboration preferably within the automotive market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Great interpersonal skills and customer services
- Take initiative when necessary - be able to delegate, mediate and the ability to make quick decisions
