JOB DETAIL

1. 2D and 3D design molds of new model.
2. Support the mold room in solving/improvement of fabrication process issues
3. Involve in technical discussion/mold layout review and input for improvement
4. Coordinate with design, programming and mold production regarding new project
5. Download/ Control of Product Dwg, ECO, EN, DFM& QGF documents for Design, QA
6. To coordinate Process flow and Process Instructions with for Manufacturing of new model
7. Do Failure Analysis on customer feedback issues, and provides the short term and long term
8. Issue Test Lot Information to engineering evaluation for process Improvement/ development.
9. Review and summary report of new model production and qualify tooling for meet quality
10. Knows the customer's expectations and mold actions to meet them.
11. Quality awareness and utilization of quality systems for ensuring that the products meet customer specification standards. Educate and monitor subordinates to handle RBA requirements, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and NCOT energy management policy.
12. Performs related work as required.
13. Follow Up company rules & regulation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender, age not over 40 years old.
• Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mold Design or related degree is desired
• Working Experience : 2 - 5 years in Hard Disk Drive, Automotive Parts or Electronics Parts in Die-Cast and plastic injection mold design.
• Skill : 3D CAD, NX 10 software and Auto CAD, Gstar CAD in Manufacturing of Mold Design.
• Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English.
• English lower intermediate is ok
