Sales Executive position (looking after existing clients), working under Thai Manager.

[Their products] Insulation tape, protective tape/film, fixing tape, cable harness, and ferrite core for noise removal
[Their clients] Power supply industry, Office Equipment industry, Car industry
[Sales area] Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong, Chiang Mai

[Job details]
・Visit customers in Bangkok province a couple of times a week by private car, listen to their needs, and propose products to them.
・Hearings about future purchase prospects for existing products and industry trends.
・Discussions on prices and delivery dates are also held as necessary.
(80% of clients are Japanese companies).
・Communicate with clients by e-mail and phone to respond to client’s requirement.
・One person is in charge of about 20 clients.
・Participate in sales meeting once a week and submit a report once a week.
(Once a month, there is a meeting to analyze sales performance and prepare forecasts.)
・Performs Sales admin work, such as quotation to support customer.
・Prepare customer credit applications
・Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
・Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
・Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
・Coordinate with our member and clients in case of urgently requirement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Both gender
- Age: 21 to 25 (New grads preferred.)
- MUST have a driver's license (can use company car w/driver, but driver’s license is still mandatory.)
- Educational background: bachelor's degree in any field
- English: Intermediate level (TOEIC600+) is a MUST
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- (Preferred) Japanese skills (any level)
