[About Responsibility]
Your responsibility is to pursue OEM sales and to achieve organizational sales target.
Company's main products are automobile parts such as Suspension, Brake, Steering, Drivetrain.
You will be reporting to Sales Assistant Manager/Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager in your division and Sales Head

[Job Description]
-Taking care and maintaining your clients as well as responsible for business development
-Visiting clients (You will be visiting clients by company car with company's driver. When you are doing WFH, driver will pick you up from your home)
-Taking care of OEMs and organizing project team are key rolls to be played.
-Market Research (Example: Research about OEM new vehicles, EV, trend)
-RFI/RFQ Management
-Analyzing about competitors by using marketing strategies
-Cooperate with all related departments including factory in Korat
-Price Negotiation
-Attending supplier meeting
-Negotiation on Raw Materials
-Budgeting and controlling sales project costs
-Leads Sales Team to achieve success and customer requirements
-Forecast and Actual sales monitoring
-Other tasks assigned by managers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
-Must have more than 7 years of OEM Sales experience or sales experience at Tier 1 automobile companies
-Must have team management experience
-Must have business level of English skill (*To communicate with your coworkers whose nationalities are Japanese/Indian/etc...)
-Must be able to do business planning as well as market research
-Must have technical background including knowledge of automotive systems and components.
-Must be self-driven person, and must be able to achieve goals from scratch
-MS Office skills
-Candidate who can understand Japanese Business Manner
