Products: Imported materials to be manufactured in neighboring countries.
Client: Domestic & international client.
Team of 4 members (All is female)

1. Responsible for inventory control process, issuing P/O, invoice and concern documents.
คำนวณสต็อคสินค้า ออกเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ ใบแจ้งหนี้ invoice/packing list และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. Control time schedule of Raw material from oversea and local supplier to deliver to factory.
ดูแลเรื่องการขนส่งนำเข้าวัตถุดิบจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายต่างประเทศและในประเทศไปโรงงานให้ตรงตามตารางเวลาที่กำหนด
3. Coordinate with factory, supplier about delivery process, receiving order and schedule of raw materials.
ติดต่อโรงงานผลิต และผู้ผลิตในเรื่องการจัดส่ง การรับสินค้า จำนวนสินค้า และตารางต่างๆ
4. Coordinate with freight forwarder and agent (Oversea and Local).
ติดต่อ บริษัทตัวแทนขนส่ง และFreight forwarder เรื่องตารางการนำเข้าและส่งออก
5. Calculate for landed cost of raw material, and shipping cost.
คำนวณราคาต้นทุน และค่าขนส่งของวัตถุดิบ.
6. Make monthly report.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 24-32 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in logistics or other related fields.
3. *At least 2 years of work experience as import-export coordinator or purchasing officer from trading company.
4. *JLPT N3.
5. Intermediate Level of English.
6. Proficient in Excel (Pivot, VlookUp) is preferred.
