JOB DETAIL

1. Work together with Sales team (Thai & Japanese) to improve their productivity by regularly contacting customers and suppliers.
2. Respond to e-mails, text messages, and phone calls of customers and suppliers.
3. Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
4. Handle sales paperworks such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
5. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
6. Handle import-export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
7. Interpret Thai-Japanese during meeting for both in office and on site.
8. Other additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 24-30 years old.
2. At least 2 years working experience as Sales Coordinator/Sales Support from trading company.
3. JLPT N2 or higher.
4. Intermediate level of English.
