- Ensuring that online product shelves are well-arranged and adequately stocked with
products.
- Handling all discounts, price changes, and marketing executed plan accordingly.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable
recommendations to customers as needed.
- Assisting customers in terms of ordering from the website and marketplaces. •Operating
the order, payment, and processing sales transactions.
- Performing basic presentation in the meeting both internally and for customer.
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
- Upload products onto the website with the selling that generate from sale team.
- Apply marketing plan to every sale channel according to the project.
- Creating Sale report weekly and monthly submitting and presenting to internal team
- Tracking and making order report by project or sale period.
- Packing and create a shipment for the orders
- Working on all thru the channel such as social media, marketplace, and ecommerce website

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

** 1-2 years of working experience**
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a similar field.
2. Experience creating sale and order reports.
3. An understanding of cost/revenue practices.
4. Service Mind
5. Demonstrated excellence in communicating.
6. Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
7. Strong command in English for both listening and communication skills is a plus.
8. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
9. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
10. Have good computer skills.
11. Familiar with Excel or similar programs like google sheet.
12. Comfortable using all platform of social media.
13. Experiences in marketplace like Shopee and Lazada is a plus.
