Report: General Manager
Subordinate: 10 people
• Responsible for planning, controlling, and overseeing the preparation and storage of printing molds for production.
• Maintain preventive care for the printing molds, including managing various resources to maximize their benefits.
• Develop mold formats and related equipment to minimize costs and enhance the efficiency of the production process.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male/Female, aged 30 and above.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in mold-making and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Mold & Die, Jig Fixture, and knowledgeable in rubber mold-making.
• Leadership skills, responsibility, and safety consciousness.
• Skilled in project planning and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
