- Find the new location for expanding new branch.
- Overseeing the marketing efforts of the restaurant.
- Coordinate and contact landlord and do end to end contract signing process.
- Analysis the Profit and loss of restaurant’s financial records to ensure that it is complying with all laws and regulations related to taxes and other financial obligations.
- Prepare the contract and document to report MD.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 32-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree or vocational degree in any related field.
3. At least 2-3 years of direct work experience in Area manager about Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail Business industry.
4. Lower-intermediate level of English can apply
5. Intermediate level of Japanese (JLPT N3 up) is a must
6. No need to have own car (Normally commute by public transportation)
