JOB DETAIL

1. Identify market and potential customers.
2. Propose solutions/provide technical support to customers.
3. Follow-up on customer’s project/ assist in issues reported by customers.
4. Liaise with HQ and regional partners for design support.
5. Work with Sales team to identify Market Segments/customers.
6. Visit customers to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs.
7. Conduct technical discussion/trainings to customers when needed.
8. Support’s customer design team on hardware, software and help in debugging.
9. Act as the communication bridge between Vendor and Customer in solving the technical issues (if any).
10. Provides insights and gaps from the field for future product planning and implementation.
11. Liaise with regional Sales offices and HQ.
12. Based in Thailand but able to travel when required (35%) to visit customers and for onsite support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Having experience in memory product or software is must
• At least 2 years’ experience in FAE/technical support management in Electronics/Semiconductor industry, experience in memory product or software.
• Experiences in customer project design-in (understanding of customer design flow) and follow up on issues (from self-managing minor problems to co-working with HQ for large scale problems) are added advantages.
• Proficient in hardware and programming in C language.
• Experience in Embedded Design is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Must be self-driven and take initiative to drive the business from technical perspectives.
• Able to take work in a fast pace environment.
• Must have a Learner’s attitude.
