Report directly to Japanese Manager
Type of Client: Industrial & Manufacturing Clients
Service Area: Industrial Estate Area

1. Negotiate and handle clients' complain.
2. Coordinate with suppliers & Sales Coordinagtor (Internal Staffs).
3. Visit client for technical support i.e. installation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age betweeen 23-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/mechatronics field.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience as 'Service Engineer' with experience of 'Onsite Machine Installation'.
4. Able to negotiate/handle clients complain with service mind.
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. Required personal car and driver's license.
7. Able to travel to up-country in industrial estate area frequently.
