- Drafting and review of contract in Thai and English for business units
- Provide legal opinion and comment to internal Department related to each respective function
- Maintain legal documents related to projects implementation
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices that may impact the organization.
- Assist in the other legal documents preparation as required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor of Laws degree or higher.
- 5 years of compliance or legal fields experience is preferable.
- Intermediate level in English
- In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principles applicable to the organization's industry.
- Self-confident, energetic, mature and having good personality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and complete assignments within the deadline.
