• Develop and drive customer communication strategy and own the execution plan working closely with operations team
• Regularly monitor sales gap vs target and propose relevant initiatives to close gaps
• Develop and maintain a system of local competitor movements and global best practices
• Leverage social listening tools with proper feedback system to all customers
• Ensure proper allocation of marketing funds to deliver best ROI on marketing objectives
• Maintain good working relationship with all cross functional departments ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans
• Succeed in the role of CMO you will need to have a good experience in Online marketing rom preferably in food supplement or skin care.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female age 40-50 years
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Online Marketing is a must.
• Experience in food supple or skin care will be advantage.
• Management skill and leadership skill
