【Main Duty】
As this is a new company, New member be managing HR and GA work together with a Japanese MD.

【Job Description】
HR Tasks
・Development and implementing HR policies, company rules and regulations.
・Operating and improving personnel system and evaluation system, salary management.
・Planning and implementing employee training program.
・Recruiting employees: Manage recruitment and selection process
・Managing HR tasks and reporting to department management.
・Review to ensure legal compliance (PDPA, Labor law etc.)
・Problem-solving of employees
・Employee attendance management
・Support for visas and work permits for Japanese expatriates
・Maintenance of work rules and personnel system (collaboration with Japan head office)
・Other tasks

General Affairs Tasks
・Company operation management (collaboration with rental office companies and system support companies, management of copiers and company vehicles, etc.)
・Replenishment and purchase of company equipment
・Preparation and creation of various necessary documents
・Handling of board of directors meetings and general meetings of shareholders (preparation of various procedures, materials and minutes)

・Interpretation and translation in Japanese or English depending on the situation

Report to Japanese MD

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Female Only
・Age between 28 - 40 years old
・More than 5 years of GA and HR work experience
・More than 3 years of work experience in Japanese companies
・Upper Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 750 UP】
・Intermediate Level of Japanese　【JLPT N3 UP】
