JOB DETAIL

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Devise and roll out a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and caters to the audience's interests.
2. Conduct content audits to evaluate how well existing content is performing and identify areas of improvement.
3. Use content metrics to fine-tune the strategy and maximize reach and engagement.
4. Work in collaboration with in-house teams, including brand, design, and writing teams, to produce high-quality content that resonates with our brand messaging.
5. Develop and manage a content calendar to oversee all content creation and delivery efforts.
6. Leverage SEO best practices to improve web traffic.
7. Oversee the content management process, with a focus on optimal use of content management systems (CMS).
8. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations and leverage this knowledge to keep our content fresh and engaging.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female 29-35
-Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Business, or a relevant field.
Professional Experiences:
The candidate should bring a proven track record as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or a similar role to the table. Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Thorough knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress.
2. Strong familiarity with SEO and social media platforms.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and content editing software.
4. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities.
5. Superior English writing skills.
Working Relationships: Internal & External:
The Content Strategist will closely interact with our internal product and/or business development management teams, taking their briefs and requirements and translating these into actionable content strategies. Additionally, the Content Strategist will serve as a point of contact with external marketing and production agencies, ensuring the content produced is consistent with our brand and meets our strategic objectives. This role necessitates effective communication and coordination skills to manage these relationships and drive alignment across all parties involved.
