Job Description:

[Branding and Marketing]
1. You will be in charge of branding for famous beauty salon services
2. Sales & Expense management,
3. Planning marketing/branding activities
4. Brand strategy execution
5. Ordering
6. Training of subordinates (around 50 people)
7. Monthly report preparation
8. Differentiation of services
9. Research for market's needs
10. Analyzing target segment
11. Reporting to Japanese GM

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements(MUST)]
・Must have business level of Japanese in both writing and speaking（JLPT N2 up）
・English intermediate level
・Skills: General PC skills such as Excel and PPT
・Personality: Patience, aspirations, leadership, honesty, can do problem solving by own
・At least 3 years of marketing or shop operation experience in any industries (*But experience in beauty salon/cosmetics are preferred)

[Preferred]
・Brand manager work experience (person with work experience such as sales management, expense management, overall business progress management) in any service industries
・3 years or more of experience in service industries and 3 years or more of marketing work experience
