Report to: Customer Service Manager
Job Summary
• Do standardization of technical knowledge and technical support for Business Inkjet printers or copiers.
• Do a standardization escalation process to communicate with the regional service Team to support product quality feedback to prevent any problems in the future.
Job Description
• Technical support specializing in ASPs (Authorize service partner) and Information Center Team on Business Inkjet printers or copiers
• Advisor for any technical knowledge concerns and continue to be monitoring their technical skill
• Regularly visit ASP/customer for more knowledge support and experience sharing.
• Support spare parts refurbishment process for all product concerns.
• Regular monitor spare part usage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in repair on copiers.
• Skillset: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word, PowerPoint) and printing management software.
• Intermediate command of English (spoken and written)
• Able to travel domestically and travel overseas
