JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible for establishment and maintenance of quality standards.
2. Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
3. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
4. Monitor critical production steps to minimize loss and reduce re-work and non-conforming products
5. Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
6. Lead Quality Assurance Team to meet company's performance objectives
7. Lead customer complaint and work with team to come up with proactive action plans, drive quality improvement activities.
8. Monitor and control raw materials and sender's production process in the processand trial report of the subcontractor to analyze the risk and notify if there are quality problems with the subcontractor's products issue a problem notification and follow up the problem and the process is ready to control 4M to prevent the problem from occurring again
9. Audit to ensure that quality controls are maintained.
10. Prepare inspection instruction correspond to process and product specifications.
11. Communicate effectively with team for customer's complaints and provide solution.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 24-30 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in Machanical or Indrustrial Engineering field.
3. At least 1 year of experience as QC Engineer with metal casting skill
4. Intermediate level of English.
5. Able to work on every other Saturdays (Overtime allowance for Saturday working will be granted)
