• Monitor and drive progress in addressing customer complaints.
• Prepare reports on customer complaints.
• Analyze the causes of defects.
• Collect data and prepare documents related to quality assurance.
• Support the sales team.
• Handle repairs and corrections based on customer complaints.
• Manage and follow up on the return of corrected products to customers.
• Responsible for implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Test and evaluate external components (e.g., LED Driver, Module).
• Inspect and test the compatibility of the company's products with other products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Oversee and be responsible for 5S practices as per company requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female, aged 25-35 years, Thai Nationality.
• Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or higher in Electrical/Electronics or a related field.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in the QA field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
