【Main Duty】
Future Warehouse President Candidate
Being able to manage everything in the Warehouse
Steel Warehouse Management and operation management

【Warehouses】
Storing steel products (bars and pipes)

【Job Description】
・Responsible for overall steel warehouse management and operation management.
・Manage and train warehouse personnel to adhere to the Department's objectives.
・Warehouse Operations supports to the ASEAN customer base
・Manages and controls packing & delivery of Finished product to the customer
・Constantly coordinates and communicates with Customer Service and Logistic departments
・Manage of Warehouse & Logistics to achieve the target of Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost.
・Lead a problem-solving team to find out the root causes and corrective/preventive actions caused by logistics failure
・Contribute to capacity planning to meet current & future demand/volume.
・Contribute to the plant budgeting process for area of responsibility, also for the forecasting cycle.
・Maintain stock accurate and improve space efficiency of all warehouse area.
・Drive and manage projects of logistics systems or related to achieve target.
・Develop staff performance to maximize productivity of their roles and responsibilities, i.e., identify training needs, skill matrix, performance reviews, people development
・A warehouse that stores steel products (bars and pipes).Some of the steel bars are cut according to the request.
・All management within the warehouse
・Any tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male Only
・Age between 40 - 50 years old
・More than 8 years of work experience in a warehouse
・More than 5 years of experience working at steel warehouse
・More than 5 years of work experience in Japanese companies
・More than 5 years of management experience
・Upper Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 700 UP】
