Development of commercial air conditioners
You will oversee refrigeration cycle design and team management in a development group for air conditioners mainly used in commercial facilities and stores.
• Referring to the company's own base model, adjust the specifications to meet the standards, regulations, and requirements of the sales region.
o Consider base model combinations and hardware change proposals, and calculate target specs
o Adjustment of operating parameters of the refrigeration cycle
o Compliant with standards by adjusting display specifications
• Evaluation of the development model on the actual machine, and modification and setting of the evaluation set
• Creation of materials necessary for development (specifications, design documents, review materials, etc.)
• Creating drawings of related parts, creating configuration tables, checking the contents of instruction manuals, creating materials for standard application
• Work management of team members and assistance with development project management
　　Considering work schedules and work assignments, reviewing designs, etc. with the manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 28-35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Work experience related to home appliance development (especially for air conditioning equipment companies) 3-5 years
• Team management and management skill 2-3 years as a leader
• Standard design experience international safety (IEC 60335)
• Working experience in a Japanese company
• Experience using 2D/3D CAD and Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
