- Manage manpower to support production line
- Control work regulation, Labor law
- Control and mange HR KPI
- Communicate with employee to understand company roll
- Manage employee training plan
- Recheck salary payroll and manage staff benefit

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only, age between 40-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields.
- At least 7-10 years experience for HR field
- Intermediate level of English
- Ability to use Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Have Japanese skill JLPT N3 up would be advantage
