: Archieving organisational pre set yearly sales targets.
: Handling existing business relationship with regular customer.
: Researching & developing prospects, and generating sales leads.
: Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
: Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
: Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
: Ensuring Market and competitive information for business strategy goal setting
: Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
: Building and maintaining a CRM database.
: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
: Participating in sales team meetings.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

: Male / Female, age 25 years old up.
: Bachelor’s Degree in any fields, preferably science/ food science.
: Work experience of minimum 2-3 years preferable on sales in Food colour and Additives industry.
: Hands-on and highly responsible, strong leadership skills, proven ability in selling, planning and management.
: Excellent customer service, sales skills, negotiation, problem solving skills.
: Strong verbal and written communicator.
: Excellent phone and presentation skills.
: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
: Able to handle target/ budget related pressure.
: Ready to travel extensively
